-It is important to fully read through the Terms of service before commissioning for any artwork-
By commissioning me for digital or traditional art pieces you are agreeing to these terms:
General
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason- I as the artist, maintain all rights to completed artwork. I have the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio (you may ask me to not showcase the artwork but this may cost extra).- Clients may repost commissioned artwork as long as no profit is being made by the client.
(no selling the artwork on T-shirts/ prints/ merch/ stickers etc. commercial and full rights are charged extra.)- I do not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.
Payments and returns:
- you may choose to pay before or after the completion of artwork but you'll receive the full unwatermarked version only after paying the full amount.-major projects require a non refundable 15% deposit and must be paid in full before completion unless a payment plan was established.-all payments are made through PayPal or cashapp (more payment methods may be added in the future). it is preferred you use EUR (€) when making transactions, USD ($) is also accepted.- If the client requests a refund but work has already begun on the piece, the amount refunded will be decided by me based upon how much work has been done.
WIPs and deadlines:
- WIPs will be sent throughout the piece's progress (sketch, lines, flat colours, finished piece)- During the sketch, line and flat colour stage, changes can be requested, (nothing drastic unless I am at fault on pose or key part of character) big changes that are not my fault are charged extra.- All completed pieces will be sent via email as to ensure quality is preserved.- I do not accept deadlines on art, however they can be requested and a rush fee may apply if the deadline is accepted.- Usual completion time is a week to 1 month, depending on place in queue, payments and communication time.All WIPs are low res and watermarked until full amount is paid
Other:
- I will draw NSFW art (kinks, gore, fetish art). However commissions may be refused depending on the topic. Cub, NSFW feral pieces, hateful images ect will NOT be accepted.
-I can provide NSFW edits to SFW art for extra charge (just ask!)
- you must be 18+ to commission NSFW art (ID may be requested, along side proof that the ID is yours, so please be prepared to provide it if needed) no NSFW examples will be shown before age is confirmed.- NSFW art is posted on media platforms uncensored (unless requested otherwise), all those believed to be underage will be blocked.- All emails/messages/etc sent/received will be stored for a period of 2 years. This is for my own records and to protect me from reverse scammers during and after the commission has been completed as there will be proof of it being drawn, approval of each WIP stage, proof of sending and the commissioner's agreement to this TOS.
